These terms apply when you order from Filsora Beauty. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Filsora Beauty is a beauty shop at 1st Floor, Shop 27, Covo Square Mall, Gitanga Road, Lavington, Nairobi. Reach us on WhatsApp 0758 225 249 or at info@filsora.com.
Orders are placed through WhatsApp. When you tap "Order on WhatsApp," a message opens with your item filled in; you send it and we confirm price, availability, and delivery or collection. An order is confirmed once we've agreed the details and received payment.
Prices are in Kenyan Shillings. Some perfumes are listed as "In stock — WhatsApp for price," and we'll give you the current price on WhatsApp. Prices can change, but once we've confirmed your order the agreed price stands.
Payment is by M-Pesa, in full, before your order is processed. Our till shows as Littleloomlegends (our former name). We don't offer cash on delivery.
Everything we sell is genuine — authentic Korean skincare and Arabian perfume, sealed and sourced from real suppliers, and our own body care made by hand in small batches.
Please use products as directed and patch-test new skincare first. Cosmetics can affect people differently; a reaction to a correctly supplied, authentic product isn't a fault. If in doubt, ask us and we'll help you choose.
Our Refund & Returns policy forms part of these terms: no refunds or exchanges once an order is dispatched, but we'll put right anything that arrives damaged or incorrect.
The words, images, and design on this site belong to Filsora Beauty and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site at the time of your order is the one that applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
