When you order or message us, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, delivery address, and what you ordered. If you pay by M-Pesa, we receive the payment confirmation.

2. How we use it

We use your information only to process and deliver your order, respond to your messages, and keep you updated about your order. If you've asked us to, we may message you when something is back in stock.

3. Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only where it's needed to complete your order — for example with a delivery rider, or through WhatsApp and M-Pesa (Safaricom), which we use to take orders and payments. Those services handle your information under their own terms.

4. Keeping your information

We keep your order details only for as long as we need them for our records and to serve you well.

5. Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Just message us.
