Ordering from Filsora is quick, and it's all done on WhatsApp.
Browse the site. On any product, tap "Order on WhatsApp." A message opens with that item already filled in — you just tap send (and can add a note if you'd like).
Send it to 0758 225 249. We'll reply to confirm the price, availability, and your delivery or collection details. For perfumes marked "WhatsApp for price," we'll share the current price here.
Once everything's agreed, pay in full by M-Pesa. Our till shows as Littleloomlegends (our former name) — that's us. No cash on delivery.
Order before 12pm for same-day delivery within Nairobi; after 12pm, it's next day. Prefer to collect? Come to the shop, open every day 10am–7pm. Orders over KES 10,000 are delivered free.
That's it — any questions along the way, just message us.
