Arabian perfumes are built to last, but how you wear them makes a big difference — especially in the warmth. If your scent fades by lunchtime, these small changes will keep it with you far longer.
Fragrance clings to moisture and disappears fast on dry skin. Before you spray, apply an unscented lotion or one of our whipped body butters to the same spots — it gives the perfume something to hold onto. This one trick alone adds hours.
Aim for warm pulse points: inner wrists, base of the neck, behind the ears, inner elbows. The warmth of your skin gently lifts the scent through the day.
It feels natural, but rubbing crushes the top notes and makes a scent fade faster. Spray, and let it dry on its own.
Heat makes fragrance project harder and burn off faster. On hot days, richer, warmer scents like Khamrah, Asad or Bade'e Al Oud hold up beautifully. For daytime and warm weather, fresher options feel cleaner and less heavy.
Spraying a little on clothing or the ends of your hair (where it won't dry them out) makes a scent last longer, as fabric holds fragrance well. For an even stronger trail, layer a matching scented lotion under your perfume.
This is why we sell decants — a small bottle in your bag means a quick refresh in the afternoon, without carrying a full 100ml. Ask us for a decant of your favourite.
Heat and sunlight break perfume down. Keep bottles cool, dark and boxed (not on a sunny windowsill) and they'll smell true for years.
